The Golden Eagles golf team took home top honors by winning the first-ever PSU Greater Allegheny tournament at Youghiogheny Country Club in Elizabeth Township just outside of McKeesport, PA on Thursday. With a team total 336 they outpaced Penn State Fayette by eight strokes.

Sophomore Adam Matusik continued his torrid play by finishing as tournament runner up medalist just one stroke from tying for first place. Dakota Wright shot an 84, Nick Reeder added an 86 and Kade Rainsberg had 90 on the hilly up-and-down course that once hosted Arnie Palmer for a PGA qualifying round.
