He will pursue a mechancial engineering degree at Kent State Tuscarawas.

Always giving back to those around him, Rippeth assists elderly people in his neighborhood with lawn care and mowing.

"To borrow a quote from Arnold Palmer, 'Success in golf depends less on strength of body and more on strength of mind and character', with that said, Connor has achieved a lot as a golfer which speaks volumes about his nature," said KSU Tuscarawas Head Golf Coach Rob Brindley. "He's shown he can be a leader on the field and had drawn strength from that experience to conquer the two biggest obstacles on a golf course---the course and oneself. We are pumped to have him as a Golden Eagle athlete and student representing KSU Tusc."
