Tough losses at Kent State Tournament

New Philidelphia, OH- Fayette Men's basketball has tough losses in Kent State Tournament.

 

Penn State Fayette Men's Basketball struggled with shooting percentages and subs against Kent State Tuscarawas to open up the Winter Classic on December 21. The final score was 79-51, making Fayette suffer their 5th straight loss. 

Leading for Fayette was Xavier Boyd with 12 points and John Loughrie with 10.

Men's basketball continued the tournament the following day with a match up against Miami-Hamilton. Although shooting percentages improved, it was not enough to force a victory, leaving the final score at 81-67.

Leading the team was Torian Jenkins with 19 points and Carlton Canaday with 16 points. 

 

Penn State Fayette Men's Basketball will not participate in a basketball game until January 14, where they will take on Penn State Hazleton at 3:00 P.M. at home.
