Individual Bowlers Compete At Upike Orange & Black Classic

The Golden Eagles women's bowling team did not have enough players to compete as a team on Saturday, but two team members took to the lanes as individual bowlers. The team bowled in the Upike Orange & Black Classic in Centerville, OH in a very large field.

Montana Boyer and Rybecca Rennie made the trip to the Greater Dayton area as individuals and bowled in a field of 211 bowlers from much bigger schools such as, Bowling Green State University, Wright State University, Concordia University and Morehead State University. Boyer placed 77th overall with a 150.2 average, rolling a total score of 751. Rennie finished 97th with an average of 133.4 and pin total of 667.

Next up for the Golden Eagles is the Ohio Bowling Conference's second tournament of the season on November 2nd. The tournament will be held at AMF Sawmill Lanes in Columbus, OH.
