On Sunday, Miami Hamilton continued their hot hitting against a short-staffed Golden Eagles pitching squad, banging out 13 hits and sweeping the final game of a three-game series 14-0. The loss sent the Golden Eagles to 4-7 on the season.

The Harriers scored all the runs they needed in the first inning with three tallies and added seven more in the second to stake themselves to an early 10-0 lead over KSU Tusc. They held to navy and gold hitless until the top of the fourth inning when Caleb Campbell laced a one-out double into leftfield.

Campbell's hit was the only one the Golden Eagles would collect on the day. He was eventually forced out at third on a ball hit to the third baseman and the side was retired with runners stranded on first and second.

In the home half of the fourth Hamilton added four more runs, while the Eagles were retired in order in six of the seven innings played. Ten KSU Tusc batters went down on strikes.

On Wednesday, the Golden Eagles travel to Bethany College for a scheduled doubleheader against the Bison with the first game starting at 12 pm.

Caleb Campbell slides safely into second and had the only hit---a double---in Sunday's game at Miami Hamilton.
