Terra Frye brings a wealth of coaching experience to Kent State Tuscarawas. Her cheerleading and gymnastics coaching career spans more than 12 years. She was a high school varsity head cheer coach for five years and has multiple experiences teaching stunting and tumbling as an assistant coach as well. Her most recent head coaching stint was at Harrison Central High School in Cadiz, Ohio, a position she held from 2012-2016. As a head coach she was responsible for creating cheer routines and performances, while she also taught tumbling and has also served as a judge to critique tumbling abilities. Frye was also charged with managing student behaviors to ensure safety. She is certified in CPR/AED, First Aid, Concussion and PAV. She was employed by Dennison Yard for five years as a manager/caterer and monitored food prep, health compliance and trained employees. She is an alum of Claymont High School and is currently employed at Rich Industries in New Philadelphia, Ohio.
