The Golden Eagles soared to a dominant second-half performance, putting on a basketball clinic that left the crowd in awe.
Mekhi Johnson led the charge with a stellar 20-point performance, while Kyle Shockley dished out a game-high 6 assists, and Garrett Sprutte also made his mark, grabbing an impressive 9 rebounds to control the glass and help secure the win.
This impressive victory moves Kent State Tuscarawas one step closer to the coveted .500 mark, as they now look ahead to their next challenge. The Golden Eagles are set to hit the road, with a showdown against Miami Hamilton scheduled for 3:00 PM on January 11, 2025.
