The Kent State-Tuscarawas Golden Eagles men's basketball team put together a commanding performance at home, rolling past Penn State Beaver 123-96. The Golden Eagles built an early lead with sharp shooting and steady ball movement, never letting the visitors get close.
Garrett Sprutte led the charge with 29 points and 10 rebounds, while Jaxon Robb orchestrated the offense with 22 points and 10 assists. Blaine Raber added 20 points and 10 assists, and Ethan Bower contributed 21 points and five steals. Off the bench, Dasjuan Williams added 13 points, keeping the energy high throughout.
As a team, Tusc demonstrated strong balance and depth throughout the game, with several players making significant contributions on both ends of the court. Their aggressive style of play and ability to seize opportunities allowed the Golden Eagles to pull away in the second half, leaving no doubt about the final outcome.
