Colton Fender (Garaway HS / Dundee, OH) captured tournament medalist honors as Kent State Tuscarawas won the Penn State Fayette Invitational with a team score of 326. Fender shot a 35/41/76 at Duck Hollow Golf Club in Uniontown, PA as the Golden Eagles outdistanced the host team by 13 strokes, third place Penn State Mont Alto was third with a score of 347.

The Golden Eagles trudged through the sloppy and windy conditions as Fender made four birdies on the day and Jacob Moore (River View HS / Coshocton, OH) added three more birdies in a consistent 39/39/78 round. Freshman Jordan Delillo (Fairless HS / Beach City, OH) added a round of 82, while Kade Rainsberg shot 90.
