Kent State University at Tuscarawas is announcing the signing of a 2021 Newcomerstown High School senior to their softball team. On April 23, 2021, Arianna Stull signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the Golden Eagles.

Stull, an outfielder, is a three-year letter winner for the Trojans softball team and earned Second Team East District honors as a freshman. She also earned a two-year letter in basketball. In 2020 and 2021 she received Scholar Athlete letters. She has been a member of the softball team for three years and played basketball for NHS for all four years of high school.

As part of her senior class project, she was charged with cleaning and preparing the school's softball field for competition.

She will major in biological science at Kent State University.

"Arianna is a delight to be around and has a great disposition and work ethic," said Chuck Peach, Head Softball Coach for Kent State Tuscarawas. "She is a very solid defensive player and has great speed which really makes the outfield seem smaller, because she can close the gaps down in a hurry. This season, her bat has really come alive and she's been a major contributor to Newcomerstown's offensive success. Having her on the field is almost like having another coach in a player's uniform and we welcome her as a new addition to our school and program."

Kent State Tuscarawas is a member of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA).
