On Saturday, the Golden Eagles wrestling team participated in the Scotty Woods Duals on the campus of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. Wrestling against much large and proven programs the Navy and Gold fell in four matches on the day.

The field of teams featured five NCAA D-III squads (Messiah College, Muhlenberg College, Wilkes College, Delaware Valley University and Gettysburg College), three NJCAA teams (Central Community College, Camden County College and Lackawanna College), along with KSU Tuscarawas and a NCAA D-I club wrestling team from Temple Univeristy.

The Navy and Gold lost to Delaware Valley 42-12, Lackawanna 41-15, and fell to Wilkes College 54-6 and Messiah College 57-0. Individual wrestlers recording winning records were; Clay Schafer 1-0 (235), Collin Mancuso 2-2 (149) and Derek Skeehan 2-2 (285).

KSU Tusc will host a tri match with Ohio Valley University and Lourdes University on Saturday, December 7th at 12 p.m.
