Kent State University at Tuscarawas is announcing the signing of a 2024 Fremont Ross High School senior to their volleyball team.

On Friday, Allie Keller signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the Golden Eagles who recently finished as runner up in the USCAA National Volleyball Championships.

Keller has played volleyball since third grade and played for the Little Giants middle school and junior varsity teams. She has played club volleyball for the Redmen Volleyball Club since the seventh grade and is an all-around player who also has experience as an outside hitter. She plays the same positions as her older sister Lizzy, who was tabbed as a USCAA Second Team All-American this year. They will become the second pair of siblings who are playing on a team together at Kent State Tuscarawas.

She carries a 3.7 cumulative GPA and has earned college credits through the College Credit Plus program. Keller has been an honor roll student throughout her entire educational career.

A family-first oriented person, Keller spends most of her free time with her three-year-old sister and is planning to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education at Kent State Tuscarawas.

"It's going to be very exciting seeing the Keller sisters on the court together next year," said KSU Tuscarawas Head Volleyball Coach Cortney Goodwin. "Allie is very quick, is a fearless player and can definitely change a game. Having two players with a long history together is going to make us even stronger and she already knows our system because she's seen it so often."
