Huge Weather Swing Hampers Golden Eagles Runners

Rain, mud, standing water and 72 degree temperatures hampered the Kent State Tuscarawas Country team in their second competition of the year at the Bethany Invitational. The day's emphasis was not purely on time, but place since a lot of the running was done through shin-deep water. The women finished 14th overall and were led by Cameiya Newell-Owens who finished 58th on the day. The men's team did not record a place score with just two runners and Garrett Bradley finished 55th.
